Who I Am

Hi! My name is Alexi Schoolfield. I’m the baker behind Sage and Cookies. As a student at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, balancing school and business, I turned my passion for baking into something I could share with others. I started baking as a way to relax and create something meaningful, and it quickly turned into something I wanted to share with others. Being able to balance being a student while growing this business means everything to me.
